2022 - Have Confidence

2020 was a tough year and 2021 continued to be tough. The summer of 2021 saw restrictions lifted and it looked like we were getting back to some kind of normality,

But as we start 2022, we are reminded that COVID is not going away; we cannot just ignore it.

Instead, we must have the confidence to live and work with it. We humans are adapt at evolving. Business continues to evolve. We must continue with confidence to evolve with COVID.

Keep washing our hands. Keep covering our face. Keep a safe distance.
Hands. Face. Space.

As business continue to be put under pressure, we must look around us, and look to how we evolve. We need to have confidence to evolve.

WOZiTech is committed developing IT talent; a workforce that is confident to resolve together complex challenges. A team that is confident to ask when they don't know something. It is only when we ask the questions that we can start our journey to know the answer.

And rest assured. If you are thinking the question, you're not going to be the only one. After 25+ years in IT, WOZiTech is still asking questions and learning from the answers.

It's 2022. Black Lives Matter. Womens lives matter. LGBTQi+ lives matter.

ALL LIVES MATTER. And not just matter, all lives should be celebrated.

WOZiTech is committed, not just to open diversity, but to celebrate diveristy when they can. 2021 has taught us many things, least not, live is too short not to enjoy.

So let's stop "bitching and moaning". Let's stop voicing our own opinions on others. Let's stop being all about ourselves.
